2.
Identification af use cases

Workshop designed to identify various use and business cases.

This builds on a prior questionnaire with both stakeholders and employees.  

3.
Presentation of business case

Based on the questionnaire and Sociuu's proprietary benchmarks for your industry, the business case and value creation from employee advocacy is presented to stakeholders.

This includes recommendations on how to implement and run employee advocacy and what resources are required.

Check if your organisation meets the enrollment criteria
